Delivery Policy

We offer the following Payment options:

  • Bank Transfers / Deposits
  • Payment through card
  • Installment payments
    (Credit cards)

Kindly note that deliveries are not made on public holidays and week ends. Time  cannot be specified with any of our delivery options. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sales for further information.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver Island-wide.

Delivery may take around 06-10 working days for any order. Please note that we are not bound to deliver any orders for specific deadlines.

Unfortunately deliveries to some postal addresses may not be available. If the delivery option to your address is not available, you will be notified about the same at the point of placing the order.

You will be required to provide your signature to confirm the receipt at the point of delivery. If the product is not delivered due to any extrinsic circumstances, the parcel would be returned to our Address. Please reach us on smartwatches.lk@gmail.com  or 071 5836390  to arrange a re-delivery and be informed that you may be responsible for additional delivery charges on any re delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only. We will try our best to meet the estimated delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.

  • The orders may take longer and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activities or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather.
